The food was okay for a hungry person. The place was relatively clean, I wouldn't have preferred a more cheerful atmosphere. The attitude of the staff was not tourist friendly. The other tables with locals received bread and water, we were given water and a disdainful look. All the time, some unpleasant looks were thrown at us. Some kind of remark was thrown at the end. The staff needs to work on their attitude. Apart from that, our portions were a little smaller than those of the other tables. There shouldn't be anything different from the normal attitude. Avevamo prenotato un tavolo alle 22.30 per 4 persone ma a causa del parcheggio introvabile nei pressi del ristorante (perché probabilmente i proprietari non sanno che si trovano nel bel mezzo del centro e che dovrebbero considerare gli imprevisti legati al traffico, parcheggio, ecc) abbiamo fatto ritardo di 20 minuti e, nonostante avessi chiamato il ristorante per avvisare del ritardo senza ricevere nessuna risposta, siamo state mandate via dal ristorante perché il nostro tavolo era stata occupato da persone che tra l’altro non avevano prenotato. Prima di essere mandate via però ci è stato detto di attendere 5 minuti perché erano riusciti a liberarci un tavolo per 4 persone, ma mentre attendevamo vedevamo che facevano sedere altre persone al posto nostro e nel momento in cui ho chiesto, vorrei sottolineare sempre con educazione, quanto altro tempo dovessimo aspettare, ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto aspettare tanto tempo con un tono annoiato. Tuttavia, ciò che mi ha infastidita è stato l’atteggiamento delle due cameriere che hanno certamente fatto apposta a non servirci, imitando addirittura le nostre reazioni quando ci hanno detto che non era più disponibile il tavolo. Maleducati, scortesi e per niente elastici. Ci hanno fatto per altro aspettare inutilmente. Siamo andate via irritate dall’atteggiamento sgarbato del personale e ci siamo dirette in un ristorante che certamente non cancella prenotazioni per 20 minuti di ritardo solo per potersi assicurare il guadagno di un tavolo!!!!!
