Pinoy — Restaurant in Bari

After weeks of very similar foods in Puglia, this place is a breath of fresh air! The dishes were so flavourful, hot, and unique I literally did a little happy dance in my chair after the first bite. We ordered the chicken adobo, spring rolls, and the bico express spicy which was literally served on a sizzling platter. The pork was deliciously tender, and the chicken adobo sauce was deliciously glossy. This is a good restaurant and a nice change from Italian. However, I'm confused by the rave reviews saying this is the best Philippino restaurant in all of Italy/Europe. It's fine but it would not be top of my list when I'm back in Bari. We had the Pork Lechon and Chicken Adobo dishes and they were very good. Not mind blowing but they were delicious. We were craving for Filipino food during our vacation in Italy, so my husband randomly searched for Filipino restaurants in Bari. Lo and behold, we found this gem of a restaurant that just opened 2 weeks before (lucky us!).

Service was great with that unmistakable Filipino hospitality. Great selection in the menu with authentic and delicious Filipino dishes! We ordered sizzling sisig, lechon kawali, and vegetable lumpia.
