OSTERIA — Restaurant in Barletta

Purtroppo mi tocca dare solo una stella. Cena per due. Veniamo attirati dal menù componibile esposto fuori dal locale previsto solo per lunedì, martedì e mercoledì. Con antipasti, primo (piatti tipici ad esempio orecchiette) , secondo, vino, acqua, frutta e digestivi rimane ad un prezzo accessibile (25 euro). Ci sediamo e chiediamo per il menù fisso ma ci viene detto dal cameriere che non è possibile richiederlo nonostante fosse un lunedì. Allora,un po’ seccati, ordiniamo due primi che tardano 1 h ad arrivare! Intanto il cameriere ci porta acqua frizzante nonostante avessimo richiesto quella naturale e meno di mezzo litro di vino bianco! La pasta cacio e pepe era troppo carica, tant’è che il tavolo di fianco al nostro l’ha rimandata indietro. Noi l’abbiamo mangiata con gusto a causa della fame infinita che ci è venuta durante l’interminabile attesa. Abbiamo ordinato anche una frittura di pesce che era salatissima e gli anelli di calamari erano gommosi. Ci sono stati scontati 3 euro dal conto per premiarci per aver atteso così tanto. Conto...

Our best experience in Barletta! Brilliant service, great atmosphere, fabulous yet quiet location and the food is soo tasty and fresh! Savino, the waiter has an amazing vibe and gets all evening experience to another level. I just wish they would have longer opening hours to be able to spend more time here during our stay also to enjoy...

This is an amazing place to eat! Would recommend 10/10! Our waiter was really funny and welcoming and made our evening! The food was amazing. We had spaghetti and the grilled meat platter - both very well seasoned and super tasty. I'd recommend the white wine as well. If we had stayed in Barletta longer, we would have eaten there...
