After several kms of walking we came across this compact restaurant which appeared to be a genuine family run business. It only seats about 20 or so and even nearing 2pm was full but people were happy to wait for ten minutes to be served. I enjoyed one of the best Scallopini El Fungi I have ever eaten along with my wife who had a bowl of bean and vegetable soup which was a very generous serve along with three fresh rolls. The soup was pronounced delicious and the need for three rolls became obvious as a way to ensure none was left behind😋 We also discovered Crodino which is now a must source when we return home. Comparing these two coffees with the others we had in Italy, these are at the bottom of the ranking. The 'service' she gave was much...

My partner ordered a dry chicken fillet which looked like it had come from the supermarket frozen aisle. I had the most sad and bland caprese salad that had tasteless tomatoes (that I saw coming out of the fridge) and mozzarella. The only thing that was good was the cappuccinos. But I can't believe we spent 36€ for apparently...
