Stately simply: Agnes is INCREDIBLE. We mistakingly left our watercolor at the Milan airport on our trip back to the US. Fortunately it was found but unfortunately no carrier service would go to the airport to pick it up and we did not know when we would be back in Milan. Not only did Agnes go to the airport to pick up our painting, she arranged the whole thing herself and called the lost and found office herself to figure it all for us. She then traveled from Bellagio to Milan to pick up our painting and shipped it to us. None of this was expected of her but she did it out of the goodness of her heart. Read moreA great discovery on our last day in Bellagio! We've been here a week, and we found out that little shop, hidden in a narrow street. The photos outside brought us inside ; we talked with the lovely man that sold us two of his great photographs, that are now great souvenirs of our trip we hold dearly.

When we tried to enter the store, the shopkeeper made aggressive hand gestures at my husband and I, then very rudely told us the store was closed until 12 and shut the door in our face. There were other customers inside, hence why it appeared the store was open.
To the shop keeper- It costs nothing to be kind to others. Be better.
