We happened upon this place after reaching the top of Bellagio's famous walkway. It was busy but we were lucky to get a small table. The affrogato, chocolate croissant and foccacia with tomato were all outstanding! Plus the women working were delightful despite a busy time. Not sure if I should call this a racist review. But I stood in the line for a while with the lady behind the counter seeing me. When she finished serving the people in front of me, she ignored me and served others that entered the shop way after me. She continued to serve others until I was the only one left. Una tappa obbligata in occasione di una visita al borgo di Bellagio. Il locale si trova all'ingresso del borgo, nella parte alta ed é antistante all'ingresso della Fondazione Rockefeller. In piú occasioni ho assaggiato le diverse loro proposte e sono sempre rimasto decisamente soddisfatto. Caffé e cappuccino molto buoni. Le proposte gustate della pasticceria sono decisamente di un livello superiore e spaziano dalle brioches ai bomboloni, dal pane con uvetta (ottimo) alle sfoglie, dai piccoli panettoni ai biscotti, per arrivare ai pasticcini. Tutto di una qualitá non comune. Hanno infine una vetrina dedicata ad una dozzina di gusti gelato. Uno dei migliori gelati mai assaggiati, per un paio di gusti direi il migliore. Nelle diverse occasioni ho provato un paio di gusti mai provati prima, come mango e ace (prima volta che trovo e provo un gusto all'ace). Prenotando una vaschetta da asporto, su consiglio di chi ci ha servito, ho provato il pistacchio. Eccellente. Ma tra i diversi gusti, mi ha sbalordito la bontá del gelato al gusto cioccolato. Propongono anche gustosi tranci di pizza e focaccia. Il personale cortese e professionale, in particolar modo le due ragazze presenti al banco, gentili e sorridenti.
