Dai Viga Pasta Fresca is a beloved family-run establishment in Bellagio, renowned for its traditional, handmade Italian pasta. Our second visit to this delightful spot has only deepened our appreciation for its culinary offerings and warm atmosphere. From the moment you enter, you are welcomed by the open kitchen where the magic happens. Watching the pasta being made fresh on-site is a testament to the dedication and craftsmanship that goes into every dish. The freshness and quality of the handmade pasta are unparalleled, making each bite a true delight. Despite the high demand and constant flow of patrons, Dai Viga Pasta Fresca maintains impeccable cleanliness and an inviting ambiance. The staff’s heartfelt service, always accompanied by a smile, enhances the overall dining experience. Their attention to detail and genuine passion for their work are evident in every interaction. Due to its popularity, securing a table inside can be a matter of luck, as seating is based on availability. However, this only adds to the charm of the place. If indoor seating is not available, there are tables outside, though they might not always have chairs. This setup contributes to the casual, friendly atmosphere that makes dining here so enjoyable. In summary, Dai Viga Pasta Fresca is an outstanding destination for anyone seeking authentic, traditional, handmade Italian pasta in Bellagio. The combination of exquisite food, warm hospitality, and a clean, welcoming environment makes it a standout choice. Despite the potential seating challenges, the experience is well worth it. Highly recommended and a must-visit for pasta lovers.

Extremely Disrespectful and Inexcusable Behavior Towards Children I am utterly shocked and disappointed by the way we were treated at Da Viga Bellagio. While waiting for my pasta, my two children (aged 6 and 9) were quietly eating their pizza and briefly placed their plates on the outside table. What happened next was completely unacceptable. The man, began screaming at my kids — yes, screaming at two young children — demanding they leave. His tone was aggressive, loud, and completely inappropriate. It was humiliating, not only for my children who were visibly shaken, but also for us as parents, made to feel embarrassed in front of a full crowd of customers. This was not just impolite — it was rude, hostile, and entirely uncalled for. There is absolutely no justification for treating children in such a harsh and disrespectful way, especially over something so minor. The atmosphere quickly soured, and many clients who witnessed this scene ended up leaving the restaurant, clearly disturbed by the incident. That speaks volumes. It’s incredibly sad and disappointing that a place in such a beautiful location allows this kind of behavior towards families. We came here to enjoy our meal, not to be shamed and mistreated. They should be held accountable for this kind of behavior. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially families with children. What happened today was beyond disgraceful

Never left a negative review before but felt the need to for this place, we were passing through and thought we’d pop into this place for some takeaway pasta for my niece who’s 1st birthday we were celebrating today. The member of staff in the photo was really rude and had an attitude about the fact that we ordered just one thing and wouldn’t let us wait inside the restaurant and kept reminding us that we had only ordered 1 thing, even though it was just for takeaway for one child. He then proceeded to talk quite aggressively towards us outside in the outside seating area, again referring back to us only ordering one item so we weren’t allowed to wait anywhere in the restaurant, and even after telling him to calm down he seemed to take further offence and talk more aggressively. Got the impression that he had an issue with us being Asian and thought he could get away with being really rude. Would avoid at all costs. The member of staff being referred to photographed for reference.

The service was terrible, particularly from a blonde bearded employee. First, during the payment process, when he asked if I would pay with cash or card, I replied that I would pay by card. He took the card from my hand and tapped it using the contactless feature on the machine on his side of the counter, without ever communicating or showing me the amount to be charged. The correct procedure is to show the customer the amount to be charged and let the customer use their own card on the machine. That didn’t happen here – the employee took the card, went to the other side of the counter, and processed the contactless payment himself.

Later, the same employee approached customers in an aggressive manner, raising his voice over any pretext. Any small issue seemed to be an excuse for him to shout. After being informed by his colleague inside, who was managing the seating, we went to sit at a table that had just been vacated. However, this employee rudely claimed that the table was already reserved for another customer who was supposedly waiting. We quickly realized that this was not true, as his colleague appeared embarrassed by his behavior and allowed us to sit at another table.

The pasta, besides being in small portions, was no better than supermarket fast food. A classic...
