Bistro' Falorni — Restaurant in undefined

We had a mixed experience. There is a sign instructing you to pull a number and wait until your number is called, to then go to the counter and order your food + drinks. We pulled a number, but the number on the display never changed, our number never came up. There also was no service staff at the tables who we could ask. Eventually, I just went inside and ordered what I wanted. This seemed to be the right thing to do. They should decide if they want to have the system with the numbers or not, and if Yes, then also use it, and confuse hopeful customers who wait in the sweltering heat for their number to...

I went to this place with my friend on our trip to Italy. We decided to stop at the bistro for diner and both of us ordered a Lasagna, in hope to try good Italian cuisine. We were both very disappointed. The lasagna came after 2 minutes. It was cold, small and not good looking. Inside there was no meat and sauce only some white slime. It was absolutely disgusting. And it cost 11€, absolute scam. I got a massive diarrhea shortly after that....

Senza infamia a senza lode, definizione adatta visto che siamo al cospetto del Grande Dante. Ieri a pranzo un piatto ed una bibita tipo sagra o festa paesana, al prezzo di ristorante stellato. Cameriere o assistente corpulento, NESSUNO SI INTIMIDISCE, caro Falorni! Numero per essere serviti come alle feste paesane o McDonald dopo che ci è stato indicato il piccolo tavolino. Una volta chiamati in cassa, tipo self service autostradale nell'ora dell'esodo estivo, quindi senza traccheggiare o chiedere troppe spiegazioni, qui però si paga prima di vedere cosa mangeremo.... cercano di sdoganarti tartare con mozzarella all'olio tartufato al posto di tartare con burrata alla crema di tartufo o simile in quanto terminata, optato per una tartare cacio e pepe ahahahah sforziamoci di ridere dai...era un kinder plates, tagliere LORENZO grande solo nel prezzo ma non in qualità e quantità, con pecorino da discount e salumi idem, birra stessa provenienza del valore di 0,25 euro pagata 3,50. Insofferenza negli sguardi del personale, perchè non abbiamo ingurgitato il pranzo e per non alzarci e liberare il tavolino con rapidità. Ultima nota l'unico bagno, sia per uomini donne e disabili, che vista l'enorme affluenza di clienti potrebbe esser meglio curato, non dico igienizzato ma...
