Went here just now. Asked for a menu. Was asked to sit. The lady working there was talking to someone and it took a looong time to even give us a menu. If we were given a menu we would have already chosen what we wanted by the time she gave us a menu.

Then we waited for her to come to our table. As she asked us to sit, we assumed she would come to the table. Then after a looong time of making drinks for other people (mind you there is only this lady working for the whole place), she asked if we are ready, I asked her a question about the drinks. She said she would come to the table AND then started making another two drinks. What the hell. We were exhausted in the heat and really annoyed about the lack of attention. So we left. Esperienza da non ripetere. Prenotato con due settimane di anticipo PER 16PP(con obbligo di consumazione di €15 a testa), la sera della festa siamo stati cacciati via. Arrivati al momento della prenotazione il tavolo era occupato e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 10/15min, per fortuna non tutti erano in orario, altrimenti saremmo dovuti stare in piedi ad aspettare in 16 in un locale già strapieno. Seduti, al momento delle ordinazioni scoppia il problema: tra quelle 16 persone ce n’è una minorenne. Nonostante 4 persone tra cui lei abbiano ordinato un analcolico, arriva il cameriere invitando tutti a ordinare analcolico altrimenti non ci sarebbe stato servito niente perché questa è la loro politica. Chiedo al cameriere: “se un minorenne dovesse entrare per i fatti suoi (essendo questo un bar a tutti gli effetti, e NON un night) a ordinare un analcolico per i fatti suoi e dovesse incontrare dentro il locale dei suoi conoscenti maggiorenni che bevono alcolici verrebbe cacciato via?”. E la risposta da non credere:”Non è da escludere”. Prima di andarcene, perché di spendere gli obbligatori €15 a testa per del succo anche no, porgendo una mano al locale per salvare la reputazione, in extremis chiedo che ci venga servita la torta che abbiamo portato e che hanno in frigorifero pagando il servizio torta. Come non aspettarselo: ci viene riconsegnata la torta. Per fortuna nonostante le 16pp e una torta in mano a 50m di distanza un altro locale ci ha arrangiato dei tavoli, ahimè all’aperto, con delle lampade calde, servendoci la torta e non obbligandoci a spendere €15 a testa, ma soprattutto NON somministrando alcolici al minorenne dopo averci chiesto i documenti, senza inficiare su tutto il tavolo, anche perché questo è quello che dice la legge. Chiudo con una nota ancora più dolente: avevamo il tavolo davanti al bancone (se avessero voluto controllare la somministrazione di alcolici ai minori eravamo davanti a loro) il responsabile era dietro al bancone e nonostante tutto ha mandato per un’ora due camerieri a fare la spola tra noi e lui, non degnandosi neanche di venire di persona,...
