This was my absolute favorite gelato on this trip to Italy. We decided last trip we didn’t get enough so we made it our goal to eat more of it this time. My wife got a maritozzo which was delicious and soft and the cream in the center was so decadent and fluffy, wow! As for my gelato, I still dream of the coconut mint sorbet over their Sicilian lemon gelato. The combo was like nothing I’ve ever eaten. We just were walking about the city & stumbled across this gem of a gelateria. There was a huge selection of ice creams. You couldn't see them as they were all inside stainless steel containers so you just chose from the extensive menu. We had sublime coffee & Zabaglione ones. You chosse to either have the scoops in sugar wafer cones or in a paper cup. There were also ice cream tiramisus on display / to order.
