Altotasso — Restaurant in Bologna

It is my favourite bar. The reason is because it has always a funny story to tell this place. Like the bar has a soul of its own, a thing I miss in most of the bars in Bologna that look a bit like they are trying too much. It is plain simple. Don't expect something fancy like I don't know basilito. I have seen people drunk dancing there, a thing you don't see often in Bologna bars, dodgy guys but it is a place fore people of the night and not for the one that are casual. Oh, Altotasso, bar of my heart, Where I've drunk and laughed and met good people. The walls are lined with bottles of wine, And the air is filled with the sound of laughter.

Ho fatto la mia festa di laurea con un mio amico. Il locale è carino in piena zona movida tra piazza San Francesco e il Pratello il top per uno studente bolognese lo conoscevamo da anni. Nonostante fosse sabato sera non ci hanno chiesto un pagamento ulteriore per affittare la sala dato che il bar aveva comunque abbastanza spazio per servire i clienti in ogni caso punto a favore rispetto alla concorrenza. Rapporto alcool a persona onesto una bottiglia di vino ogni due ma attenzione alla conversione se volete cambiarle in spritz o birra. Musica, dopo un po' di insistenza la proprietaria ci ha fatto mettere alcune canzoni ma non potete mettere un vostro impianto personale, poco male non un grosso problema per me ma valutate voi. Unica pecca il cibo, avevamo chiesto delle modifiche al menù niente di che una pizza. Purtroppo non è stato possibile, il loro menù prevedeva un kus kus vegano diverso da quello promesso, panini accettabili ma non taglieri di salumi come concordato, pollo e patate freddine e non molto passabili. In sostanza prezzo richiesto a persona rispetto alle altre proposte cittadine concorrenziale e accettabile ma cibo da rivedere. Camerieri tutto sommato disponibili alle nostre richieste, la proprietaria invece un po' troppo sbrigativa ma tutto sommato per il servizio offerto (sabato sera) siamo stati soddisfatti. Un grazie...
