I made a mistake choosing this place and that mistake ruined my wedding! “UNprofessionalism” is the only word that I’d use to describe the people running the place… we were 22 people and they had 2 waiters for us, food mid to low quality, HOURS of waiting between each course and sloppy service to sum it up! The manager seemed nice but over simple stupid stuff he got very angry and got into a fight with of our guests!!! (That’s not how a manager should handle stuff in such an important day for somebody) he freakin’ called the cops on us and when the cops arrived they were actually laughing to reason of the call!!! That made our day even more memorable….(take it how you want) Things got settled, the deal was for us to leave there at 6:00 pm. In order to force us out the place, they brought our cake at 4 p.m. without our prior request while we were swimming at the pool that this place has! The cake got absolutely ruined in the temperature of AUGUST! As the icing on the cake, the manager refused to give the receipt of my payment, probably due to tax purposes… and we left, only to continue our night elsewhere and thank god we did, cause that part probably saved our most important day!
Now if you see they respond to this, do not fall for the fabricated lies… be smart about it

According to the conversation we had with the restaurant manager, we could use the pool after having lunch. There were two dogs with us and suddenly one of the dogs jumped into the water while its owner was in the water. And the owner of the restaurant, who was a rude and angry man, warned us aggressively while we were taking the dog out of the water. He said that we are closing the restaurant now, while dessert was not served to us. And we had not eaten the cake yet. He unplugged our laptop and turned off the music. Then he called the police and 4 police cars came. Fortunately, no rights were given to the restaurant owner. It just made the best and only important day of my life pass with sadness. Read moreSerata da dimenticare. Non c’è stato nulla, e ribadisco NULLA di positivo. Compleanno rovinato in toto. Eravamo in 12. Ci siamo accomodati all’esterno, location carina. Abbiamo ordinato dell’acqua e dopo ben 30 minuti di orologio, alla terza richiesta, arrivano 3 brocche di acqua. Da premettere che c’era una gran umidità ed eravamo tutti sudati e assetati. C’erano 4 camerieri che poverini facevano quel che potevano, mentre il proprietario, se ne stava beatamente seduto a mangiare di fianco al nostro tavolo incurante di tutto ció. Attenzione alle clientela ZERO! Ma la ciliegina sulla torta arriva ora: dopo aver finalmente bevuto un sorso d acqua (ore 21:30) per evitare di addormentarci al tavolo e aspettando il primo ci siam alzati x fare una partita al calcio balilla dietro il ns tavolo visto che si erano fatte le 22:00 e non c era traccia del primo. Il proprietario con fare arrogante si avvicina e ci accusa di aver messo i tovaglioli di stoffa nelle porte del calciobalilla in modo da poter recuperare le palline x giocare (senza pagare)! Si, avete letto bene.. partendo dal fatto che far pagare il biliardino alla clientela che sceglie il tuo ristorante e ti porta un ricavo si commenta da solo, ma l arroganza nel dirci “fate i seri, vi comportate come i bambini”! (testuali parole). L umiliazione subita non ha eguali. Stiamo scherzando? 1)Quei tovaglioli c erano gia’ e 2) la maleducazione ci ha lasciati tutti allibiti. Mai ci saremmo aspettati un trattamento del genere. Cerchiamo di soprassedere anche se saremmo dovuti andar via senza dargli un ghello (altro che bigliardino).. la grigliata arriva alle 23:15, carne cruda, servizio lentissimo. Lo stesso proprietario (di nuovo seduto con la combriccola al tavolo di fianco) chiama un cameriere e gli dice “ma il cuoco è morto che non arriva un cavolo?”- per intenderci al suo di tavolo, mica il nostro! - (scrivo cavolo perché se scrivo la parola pronunciata google mi blocca la recensione ma avete capito) Capite il livello?!?? Serata rovinata, tutto deludente.. la gestione in primis. 12 clienti persi e mi auguro saranno molti di piu’. Imparate l educazione e i modi con la clientela.. accusati senza motivo come se fossimo dei bambini. Imbarazzante.. tutto molto...
