Repair servicing is very bad. I purchased lenovo YOGA 50014ISK laptop here on February 2017 , with 2 years guaranty service to repair. I gave twice to repair within 6 months.when i open the new product there were two pixel blocked on the screen. after couple of months hard disk started to give the problems.so gave it to repair.they kept the laptop with them for 45 days to repair service.when i received from the assistance the hard disk giving the same problems. i decided to give back to repair again, and with in one week i gave it back(i purchased the laptop 11 months ago .and the media world repair service center kept my laptop with them for 4 months from September to December). recently before couple of days i received my laptop from the assistance. now my laptop is making a strange sounds while using. i am thinking to throw on their faces again. this is really a very bad experience to me with the media world people and with their product.clearly what i understood is the media world intention is to selling product but not to provide a well repair servicing.i cant trust them anymore. so, please friends be aware before going to buy any big product from this place.i wasted my time & money. i dont want that someone face the same problems like me.i would like to suggest you to go for any other electronic shop that provides...

Read moreBad customer service and internal coordination. My friend wanted to return his broken UE boombox, that he bought from the store in Brindisi.
When he bought it, they gave him a customer card and told him that he doesn't need a receipt to bring it back when the product would be broken. Instead, the receipt should be saved on this card and he can show that at everly Media World location.
And of course, when he tried to return it with the card in the store in Bologna, it didn't work and they told him, he should have brought with him the receipt. Although, the crew in Brindinsi told him not to.
The system with their customer card was failing and hence, they didn't accept the return of the broken product
All in all, the service team was very un-friendly. In addition, they were not trying to find a solution, even though their return system...
