I recently dined at Trattoria Collegio di Spagna in Bologna, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This charming trattoria perfectly embodies the warmth and authenticity of Italian cuisine and hospitality.
The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was exceptional, showcasing the rich flavors and traditions of Bologna. From the fresh handmade pasta to the perfectly cooked meats, every bite was a testament to the chef’s skill and dedication. The menu had a great variety, and it was clear that only high-quality ingredients were used. The wine selection was also impressive, and the bottle we chose paired perfectly with our meal—flavorful and beautifully balanced.
The ambiance of the trattoria was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxed and memorable meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and ensuring that we had everything we needed. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they added a personal touch to the entire experience.

Together with the pleasant interior design, you feel like you are at grandma's. Stuffed zucchini with meatballs turned out to be a great option and I really liked it. The cotolletta was good, but for us would have been better with melted cheese. The pasta was great. The wine they recommended...
