Our experience - not good. Reviews were great so we decided to take a stop while travelling. First, staff is extremely busy and not friendly or helpful. Does not have english menu though there are clearly lot of travellers visiting the restaurant. Very few vegetarian basic options or they were not able to explain in english. We ordered carbonara and margarita which were way below expectations. Pizza was very chewy and not hydrated enough. Specially when it is in Italy, no one wants to eat pizza like that. Carbonara was kind of cold and with curdled sauce.

Not kids friendly. No baby chairs! Would not like to visit such restaurants even...

È un posto che ti fa sentire protetto e al sicuro. Se di fuori piove tira vento ed freddo puoi entrare riscaldarti scambiare due chiacchiere amichevole (orario di lavoro permettendo). Nessuno ti metterà fretta. Sii semplicemente educato verso tutti. Il personale (giovanile) è veramente una gioia. Se venite a Bolzano a parer mio benché questo bar non si trovi al centro, ma a Bolzano sud proprio di fronte alla fermata degli autobus internazionali vale la pena di farci un salto. Non credo che ve ne pentireste nel suo contesto. Attualmente parlo del Bar. La pasticceria la produce una ragazza Calabrese con C maiuscola. Ne va proprio fiera. Bisogna ammettere che ha ragione. In questo bar sentirete la calda accoglienza del Sud in un ambiente per lo più germanico. Mettere una foto per cosa? Un bar che ti lascia al calduccio con il WiFi ma che volete di più? Rezension – Restaurant (besucht 2023)

Sehr unsympathliche und unfreundliche Kellner, die ihrer Aufgabe meiner Meinung nach nicht gewachsen sind. Besonders unangenehm: Eine Kellnerin, die Kaugummi mit offenem Mund kaut – ein absolutes No-Go und unprofessionell.

Das Wasser auf dem Tisch wirkte eher wie aufgefülltes Restwasser, die Flaschen waren schmutzig. Ob wir das Wasser bezahlt haben oder nicht, ist unklar, aber so etwas ist schlichtweg unappetitlich.

Die Wartezeit auf das Essen war lang. Die Einrichtung wirkte billig, teilweise dreckig und kaputt – kein angenehmes Ambiente.

Die Pizza selbst war okay, aber sehr klein und schlecht belegt, wie man auch auf den Fotos sehen kann.

Fazit: Schlechter Service, unangenehme Hygiene, lange Wartezeiten und unbefriedigende Qualität – nicht...
