Osteria Dei Berlegge — Restaurant in Bordighera

Came here with a family of six. Had no reservation but the waiter was very friendly and found us places. The ambiente is nice (been inside) and cozy. The food was a disappointment though. My pasta with zucchini had very little taste. My son had the entrecote - first it came bloody (ordered medium). After we asked to cook it a bit more, it came back medium, but the outside was burnt to the point where it tasted very bitter and was not eatable. Very mixed...

Wow wow wow! I didn't even know food could be so tasty, Its going to take a while to come down from a food high I didn't know was possible! The service was equally beautiful, probably the nicest staff I've met. Not only do believe this, all 4 of us diners agree. The steak must of came from heaven and cooked by angels. I don't even bother with dessert but had to just to see if equally good and it was. If your in Bordighera eat here. Bella!...

What a disappointment I thought that the restaurant must have changed hands, until I read everyone else’s reviews! The staff are excellent however there has been major economising on the food front. Six incinerated anchovies for €15 as an appetiser, a steak so tough that there was no meat left by the time I had cut all the sinew out and the Nduja on the pizza was 3 minuscule dots. This used to be my favourite restaurant so feel so sad to...
