The customer is not an intruder...The woman behind the counter seemed far more interested in flirting with a guest than doing her job. When I politely mentioned that I hadn’t received the water for espresso, I was met with arrogance and hostility. Instead of correcting the mistake, they argued with me. Sono andata per la seconda volta in questa caffetteria. Sfortunatamente c'è solo questa a Bracciano come sala da the ma rimarrà l'ultima volta che ci vado. Personale sgarbatissimo (sia le due cameriere sia la signora alla cassa), ho dovuto chiedere due volte di pulire il tavolo (quando sono entrata i tavolini all'entrata erano tutti sporchi e con le tazze, tovaglioli ecc dei clienti precedenti). La prima volta ho pensato fosse un caso ma la seconda volta ho capito che è normalità. Comunque...ho chiesto un the e mi sono dovuta alzare perché non era stato portato il limone. Andata al bancone l'ho chiesto sia alla cameriera sia alla signora della cassa: dopo un loro sguardo scocciato mi è stata data mezza fetta di limone per tre persone!!!!!! No comment. Forse una intera li avrebbe mandati falliti!!!!! Che schifo. La pasticceria da the sotto la media (meglio quella confezionata al supermercato). Sconsiglio vivamente.
