Dopo sei anni di frequentazione quasi quotidiana, da sola o in compagnia, posso semplicemente affermare che cinque stelle non bastano per descrivere l’essenza di questo locale che eccelle in ogni proposta, collocandosi almeno un gradino più in alto rispetto all’agguerrita concorrenza dei caffè-bistrot del centro storico. Dalle accurate colazioni del mattino alla raffinata proposta di cocktails e selezionate etichette fruibili fino a tarda serata (passando per caffettiera di qualità e aperitivi memorabili), tutto quello che si consuma al MoMa è servito in maniera impeccabile dal giovane e professionale staff, coadiuvato dall’insostituibile titolare e da barman altamente preparati.
