I ate here recently with a friend having remembered the food being good about a year and a half before. I was disappointed however. The avocado cubes in my salmon starter were totally hard, I couldn't even get my fork into them. I was engrossed in conversation and didn't notice that the waitress didn't come and ask us how the food was. My main course was the tagliata di manzo, undercooked, difficult to cut and no steak knife was provided, and it wasn't hot. Again, no one asked how the food was. The dessert of coconut cake was better. All in all it was a disappointing meal, there is no excuse for serving hard avocado, ever, or not providing the right cutlery. Che splendida scoperta. Ristorante davvero, ma davvero buono. Prezzi non proprio accessibili, ma sicuramente in buon rapporto con la qualità.

LOCATION: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Il locale è meraviglioso. Posto in pieno centro storico a Brescia, in uno dei vicoli ai piedi del Cidneo, vanta un interno degno di un castello, con arazzi meravigliosi appesi e un arredamento che ricorda un po' le locande dei pirati dei film. Tavoli e sedie molto comodi. Spazio adeguato fra un tavolo e l'altro.

MENU: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Il menu è molto bello, ha molti piatti in stile "home made", fra cui tagliatelle, casoncelli, risotto, coniglio, cinghiale etc... una lista ricca di vini e birre. Il menu è fisicamente scritto molto bene, con prezzi esposti, ma con spiegazione delle ricette ahimè anche in inglese. Purtroppo però è un menu scritto su fogli di carta tenuti insieme da due anelli e con due assi di legno come copertina. MOLTO scomodo.

CIBO: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 La qualità è eccellente. Abbiamo provato le tagliatelle con ragú di cinghiale ed i casoncelli burro e salvia come primi, davvero davvero eccellenti. Per secondo del maiale e del coniglio con polenta. Uno spettacolo. PURTROPPO, però, la QUANTITÀ di cibo nel piatto non è da locanda, ma da ristorante gourmet (in pratica esci che c'hai ancora un po' di fame).

SERVIZIO: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Servizio impeccabile. Personale simpatico, preparato, gentile ed educato. Le pietanze sono arrivate tutte in tempi accettabilissimi. La mise-en-place è buona, ha un solo set di posate, ma se chiedi ti portano il cambio da una portata all'altra. Bicchieri capienti ed eleganti.

PREZZO: 🌟🌟🌟 Il prezzo è un po' la nota forse piú negativa, sebbene sia tutto sommato accettabile. Un primo ha un prezzo medio di 10 €, un secondo ha un prezzo medio di 17 €. Il coperto viene 2.50 € a testa, le bibite vengono 3 € e l'acqua DEL RUBINETTO da 1...

Probably the worst pasta I have ever tasted in my life. As you hopefully can see from the video it was overcooked, felt like porridge rather than pasta. When I told a waitress that pasta is overcooked she told me that that's normal for this type of pasta which is absolutely not true. My brother's pasta with salmon was tasteless too. Not sure how this place has such a good rating. Coperto is €2.5 per person for 4 sad pieces of bread you pay €5! Even in London the service charge is not that high.
