Pizzium - Brescia — Restaurant in Brescia

We came all the way from Milan, Unfortunately it WAS NOT WORTH IT at all !!

Service: (Delay, Aggressive , Rude)

We came at 9:15 p.m, waited for 30 minutes just to take our order (The waiter preferred another tables who came after us even while our hands were up all the time !)

Note: The restaurant was half empty, but only 1 waiter serving the whole 15 tables ?!

Food:

We ordered 3 Margherita, 1 Bufalina and 5 Cola. Waited more 30 minutes to receive our order.

The texture and taste were like any other Italian restaurant, no different.

There were some options not available (Napoli pizza etc..) even though we came 1h after opening ?

Price:

After more waiting we had to get up to them just to pay and leave..

Our bill should be 55€, but it comes as 80 ?!!

25€ just for dine in, REALLY ?!

We were 5 adults and one child.

We don’t know how they even calculate it and they don’t care to explain?

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had, and we would not recommend the experience to any tourist.

Today was my second time I had horrible service from the lady with dark shoulder length hair at the till, we arrived 30 minutes early and asked if is possible to just seat outside because we were with kids and she rudely said NO come back when we are open!

Then decided to walk around to kill time, waitress with piercings very nice and friendly then when it was time to pay I took my Amex out and the lady with dark shoulder hair length very dismissive just shouted NO it doesn’t work and mentioned something about Signal , trying to tell her to try but she was very dismissive so I just change card.

First time I visited was definitely great just like the food, There was a male staff which I think he is the owner very friendly also speaks english...

I was here last May and it was Amazing. The Best Pizza I had for a long while. The crust was just right, tasty and chewy. The topping and sauce was so tasty! I talked to some local waiting in line and they know how good this place is and are willing to wait in line for a Pizza.

You may have to wait in line, but it is truly worth it.

When I travel in Italy I keep looking out for a good Pizza and it is hard to find. So many recommendations turn out to be so so pizza. I hit the Jackpot with this one.
