Enjoy — Restaurant in Brindisi

Not a very pleasurable experience. The waitress forgot about us so we had to wait long time before she took our order. This was not fault of restaurant but there was a lot of flies. They had lot of other things which were not on the menu at all. This is detail, but important, the nails of the waitress were very ugly and unpresentable 💅 . And on top of it all, the toilet is disgusting disaster! There was no toilet paper, there was no lid on the flush button, the ground was very dirty, probably not swept since the opening of this restaurant, and there was no toilet seat.

However, I really liked the food. So at least this was not completely disaster but still I would definitely...

I ordered two spritzes and a glass of prosecco. I asked the waitress if it was possible to bring some appetizers (chips, tarallini, and so on), and she said yes, but forgot to mention that these appetizers would be paid for separately. When I went to pay, to my surprise, the bill was added to the appetizers. Now, what I don't see in these situations is a lack of transparency: a total lack of clarity. Dear lounge bar: you have to be clear with your guests; don't think, "I don't care what you mean, because you'll be gone." This is the classic "old" mentality, and if it continues like this, we will see more and more "hit-and-run" activities.

Italian Ho ordinato 2 spritz e 1 calice di prosecco. Ho chiesto alla cameriera se fosse possibile portare degli stuzzichini (patatine, tarallini e altro) e mi ha risposto affermativamente, ma ha dimenticato di dire che questi stuzzichini sarebbero stati pagati a parte. Quando sono andato a pagare, con sorpresa, il conto è stato aggiunto agli stuzzichini. Ora, quello che non vedo in queste occasioni è la mancanza di trasparenza: la totale mancanza di chiarezza. Caro lounge bar: devi essere chiaro con i tuoi ospiti, non pensare: "Non mi interessa cosa intendi, perché non ci sarai più". Ripubblico visto che e stato cancellato pultroppo ahimè da cliente fissa non ci metterò piedi al momento ,non si parla male delle colleghe quando non ci sono e ne tanto meno mi puoi dire che se mai lo sconto lo facciamo noi di 50cent cara io vengo tutti i giorni e ti lascio la bellezza di 10 a volte anche 20euro al giorno non si può reagire così ad una mia domanda xké ti chiedo come mai costano tanto se fino e mo tutte mi avete fatto pagare un euro in meno e poi cara titolare il rapporto amicizia tienilo fuori dal lavoro xké qualcuno li dentro si crede che quando non ci sei tu comandino loro, a mio avviso anche male il rispetto! mai mancare di rispetto. La prima volta o lasciato correre ma adesso no guardate tutte le recensioni negative e capite mi dispiace solo di qualcuno li dentro che con me si sono comportarti sempre bene ricordate non si accusa un altro collega di far pagare di meno...
