Great experience! The service was phenomenal. I’d like to start off by thanking Teo (sorry if I’m spelling that wrong!) he was super attentive, friendly, and helpful. We don’t speak any Italian, so it was especially appreciated that Teo spoke English with us. It really made the whole experience smoother and more enjoyable. The food was great and came out quickly. I had the beef steak, which was really good, and we also ordered a meat platter for two. It had a nice variety, and the sausages were especially tasty. We were seated outside and overall the atmosphere was really cozy and the food had a cozy, homemade quality that we really enjoyed. Definitely looking forward to trying their pastas and pizzas next!...

We had a great experience at La Griglia in Brindisi! The food was absolutely delicious — the pizza and steak were both amazing, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The service was outstanding as well — Teo was super friendly and welcoming, a really nice guy who made us feel right at home. Even the chef was just as kind and pleasant. Incomincio nel dire che sono del settore ed è per questo che mi permetto di dare un giudizio, altrimenti mi astengo. Arrivata in questo locale, carino pulito, l'accoglienza è stata buona. Siamo stati accompagnati al tavolo riservato, e ci ha servito una cameriera davvero molto gentile e competente. Abbiamo ordinato arrosto misto di carne, anche con extra, tipo " Turcinieddi, polpette, ecc.. Carne immangiabile, ma non per la qualità, ma per il modo sbagliato di cottura. Cari signori io non voglio imparare il mestiere a nessuno. Ma io la griglia e piastra al mio ristorante, la sera alla chiusura la pulivo con olio di gomito con spatola, e spazzola d'acciaio, e poi si lascia unta di olio per il giorno dopo... Cmq, carne amara, nera, in effetti è rimasta sul tavolo. Il proprietario ci ha chiesto se era andato tutto bene, ma io sinceramente li ho esposto il problema, dettagliatamente, senza neanche aver guardato la zona cottura. Abbiamo pagato il prezzo intero, senza neanche uno sconto. E alla cassa , ho visto con i miei occhi che avevo ragione io quando ho visto la zona...
