Core Osteria — Restaurant in Burggrafenamt - Burgraviato

Probably the most deplorable personnel and experience I’ve ever had in my entire life… and what a shame, ‘cause the food was actually good. I stepped in with my wife and my 1 y.o. daughter for lunch last Saturday, after several hours driving, thus the plan was to relax and have quite some food… We asked whether they could cook the tiny pasta we carried with us for our daughter (ofc paying for that service), but they aggressively refused to cook that one, and alternatively cooked some long pasta which our daughter could never eat… because of that we decided to only order the cheapest dish for us, just to have our daughter trying to eat something (as she was starving) and then leave asap. As if that was not enough… suddenly another family came in (a couple with a 10ish like daughter), and since the osteria was about to close, they asked whether there were other places to have some drinks and with a toilette in the area… the personnel invited them to try other places around that area. And when that family went out, they concluded with very rude sentences and jokes. Shame on you if you treat who pays your...

Service from the young woman: 5 stars 🌟 Her colleague 3 - started smiling and communicating very late. Sure he can do better. (See that the knife is missing for the main, please!)

1/3 dishes is amazing - the other two quiet good / not bad.

We had 3 starters / 2 pasta / 2 main 1 dessert = 1 starter amazing (!!!) / both pastas too ❤️

Fish as main - just not served beautifully, misses some more veggies, a little too salty. Nice ideas, but it has to hit .

Avevo tante aspettative su Core...brutta esperienza culinaria... andiamo per ordine: Locale carino, si riusciva a parlare finché è arrivato un gruppo di 15 persone che urlavano senza sosta come se fossimo al bar della stazione e non in un'osteria di un certo tipo...e vabbe pazienza... Servizio bene, due cameriere presenti in sala hanno preso le ordinazioni ed erano attente. Menu: poca scelta, ma sono dell'idea che se la scelta è poca, vorrà dire che i piatti sono ottimi perché lo sforzo è la conoscenza del menu sono al top. Purtroppo non era cosi... Cibo: preso il carciofo come antipasto, era un carciofino anonimo su un piattino bianco, senza un sughetto, una decorazione, nulla ...un po triste. Come primi , una carbonara; Diciamo ok anche se i sapori non erano ammalgamati, il guanciale è il pepe erano stati posizionati sopra la pasta e l'uovo insieme ai rigatoni. Non mi ha emozionato. Gli altri primi assaggiati erano una pasta all'amatriciana che non aveva praticamente sugo, nemmeno attaccato alla pasta... poi spaghetti caccio e pepe, ok ma non stupendo. Per finire , non sono una che di solito mangia dessert, ma considerando che la titolare è una chef pasticcera pluri premiata, abbiamo deciso tutti quanti di provare un dolce diverso...tripla delusione... Io ho preso biscotto con gelato alla vaniglia: gelato senza alcun gusto, terribile, biscotto molle, gusto anonimo. Panna cotta alle more senza sapore di panna solo comune confettura di more . La Cheesecake non era male, si è salvata. L'acqua naturale non aveva un buon sapore. Conto di €121.00 per aver mangiato poco e non bene. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è per la quale ho deciso di scrivere questa recensione è che in fase di pagamento, la titolare non ci ha nemmeno chiesto come era andata la cena, se ci eravamo trovati bene o meno, proprio nulla... boh, sarà che io sono abituata ad un altro tipo di ristorazione... Mi dispiace perché ci tenevo molto ma non penso che...
