This restaurant has great reviews, but I didn’t see anything great there, may be chose the wrong place according to my preferences. My husband and I decided to spend here my birthday. I had steak, and I can’t say it was the best steak in my life. It was very ordinary and a bit dry. For dolci I took buchteln - and may be it’s my fault that I haven’t googled it in advance, but it’s just piece of bread! Sweet bun for 14 euros. I also wanted to have hot tea with the dessert, and they have only tea bags of bad quality. Ok, I understand that Italy is not a tea culture country, but this restaurant is positioned as high level, and I expected at least something better. I met much better teas at much cheaper places.

Risotto wasn’t fully cooked and the sharing concept is not really a thing. They just drop multiple plates on your table and you need to split it in a very uncomfortable way. Poorly put together plates and very low-profile presentation for the dishes.
They rather sell themselves as a normal brasserie than trying hard to be a fine dining sharing experience which ends up being low quality compared to other...

Then, moved on to both specials, the clam paccheri and the veal shank. The shank was tender and luscious. It came with white and green asparagus and potatoes. Well worth the price. However, the clam paccheri was over salted, and pasta was a touch too al dente. Clams minced. First choice of wine they didn't have. Dessert lovely. Service professional but not warm. Lunch was 185 euros, so you expected at least a goodbye. But overall, it was a...
