Nello Pizzeria — Restaurant in Caserta

The best pizza I had so far. I had an appetizer which was called Montenéro (may be spelled differently), it was fried pizza dough with tomato sauce, mozzarela and basil on it. It was really good! Then I had the Margherita. Their dough is really soft and very tasty. Their tomato sauce is so good! Perfect balance between sweet and salty, full of tomato flavor. The Mozzarella was really good, you could feel the quality in the taste. Overall, as I said, the best Pizza I ever had! And on top of that, the employees were really nice, kind and helpful. The waitress translated their whole menu to us and even recommended the appetizer we had. Just great! (Not me in the last photo, I don't know how...

Had a great pizza experience with my parents and wife. We were the 1st ones in the restaurant and the waitress (Eliana I believe) went out of her to make us feel welcome, explain to us in English and French the.menu and tweaked the pizza to suit my vegetarian dad. All and all a great little pizzeria with tasty wood fire pizza with great service. Thoroughly recommend a stop when cruising...

Gentile signor Nello, la pizza che ho mangiato nel suo locale è strepitosa, una delle più buone mai provate in vita mia. Le dico la verità, vivendo al nord non ho una grandissima scelta in fatto di pizzeria d'eccellenza, ma gli ingredienti, la cottura (pur non avendo un forno a legna!), la leggerezza dell'impasto e allo stesso tempo la sua intensità di sapore mi hanno molto colpita.

In realtà io non vorrei però parlarle delle sue pizze... complimenti a riguardo già ne riceve a iosa mi pare. Io vorrei soffermarmi su un altro aspetto: la cameriera che ci ha servito (capelli corti rasati ai lati e raccolti con una codina).

Le dò un consiglio gratuito e non richiesto: se la tenga stretta. Raramente ho visto in giro, anzi credo proprio mai, una tale solerzia, positività, gentilezza ed efficienza. L'ho vista letteralmente correre tra i tavoli, rispondere al telefono, far accomodare gli ospiti e prendere le comande contemporaneamente. E' la regina indiscussa del multitasking e il tutto sempre con il sorriso. Persone così difficilmente si trovano in giro, e quando si ha questa fortuna come nel suo caso, le posso solo augurare di...
