Il poeta, ghiotto di gelati, avrebbe sicuramente avuto qualche folgorazione degustando le specialità di questo bar (gelati in primis), abbracciato da una splendida Piazza della Libertà ricca di storia e antica bellezza. La maestria del Bernini ci ricorda che le cose belle hanno bisogno di tempo per realizzarsi, e una volta compiute godranno di una meritata longevità. Pertanto se andate di fretta o passate solo per usare il bagno questo posto è sprecato per voi. Per confermare la prima impressione sono dovuto tornare il giorno dopo e provare altri gusti di gelato, ne avrò provati cinque o sei in totale, e posso mettere la mano sul fuoco dicendo che sono artigianali e fra i migliori mai provati in vita mia (ho avuto modo di gustare in passato blasonati gusti del sigep e numerose produzioni artigianali). Indimenticabile il mirtillo, sublime lo spritz alla violetta come la gentilezza e l'efficienza del personale....
