Looks a lovely place and maybe we caught them on a bad day but honestly the worst pasta dish I have ever had in my life. We ordered the Cacio a Pepe and if I had to choose one word to describe it, it was powdery. Severely undercooked pasta (definitely not al dente) and the sauce was an awful texture and very salty. It seemed as though they had maybe tried to make a roux and then, add in the pecorino etc, but tasted and felt like the flour hadn't been cooked out at all (if they had indeed diverted from the traditional recipe and chucked flour in there!).

Service was meh, but the dish was honestly so bad we just got the bill and moved on to another restaurant a couple of doors down.

2 stars because I believe its a family owned restaurant and I hate to complain about any independent business, but if you've bothered to read this far it just really wasn't great in terms of food, service and atmosphere
