We had the pleasure of visiting L'Antico Granaio Restaurant by chance and would like to share our impressions. L'Antico Granaio is characterized by excellent service, outstanding food quality, an appealing ambience and friendly staff.

1st Service: The service was top notch. The staff was attentive, courteous and well informed about the various dishes on the menu. Our orders were taken promptly and the food was served quickly.

2nd Food Quality: The quality was outstanding. All the dishes we ordered were freshly prepared and of high quality. The mixed salad was colorful, crisp and the combination of olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper made it to a yum experience. The pistachio pasta was a culinary delight with perfectly balanced flavors. The spaghetti with gambas was perfectly cooked al dente and the gambas themselves were juicy and full of flavor. The presentation of the dishes was appealing and reflected attention to detail.

3rd Ambience: The ambiance at the was inviting and pleasant. The decor was tastefully designed and conveyed an authentic Italian flair. The tables were clean and beautifully set, which contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and were able to enjoy the evening in this charming ambiance.

4 Staff: The staff deserves special praise. They were professional, friendly and eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They were always responsive, attentive and always had a smile on their faces. Their knowledge of the menu and recommendations were helpful in selecting our dishes. The staff helped make us feel welcome and well taken care of.

Summary: Overall, we can wholeheartedly recommend L'Antico Granaio. The top-notch service, outstanding food quality, appealing ambiance, and friendly staff made the visit an all-around successful experience. In June, we dined at L'Antico Granaio in Sicily, hoping for a memorable experience. The ambiance was lovely, and the service was excellent—our server was attentive and friendly.

However, the main dishes left us somewhat disappointed. The pesto pasta was just okay, lacking the vibrant flavour we expected. The tuna was on the drier side, not quite meeting our expectations. On a positive note, the French fries were cooked perfectly, and the wine selection was solid.

Yesterday, we had an amazing meal at l’Antico Granaio. I had seared tuna with pistachios, and my wife had seared tuna with pickled red onions. Both tuna dishes were perfectly prepared, but the sweet and sour pickled red onions were exceptional – such a perfect balance! For dessert, we had the pistachio tiramisu, which at first seemed like a disappointment because it wasn’t fresh.
