Very nice ambience at the foot of the castle. The dishes are very varied between fish and meat with and without pasta, so there is something for everybody. We shared a starter and each a main course, which is perfectly adequate, served with an excellent white wine. The prices are absolutely in line with the quality of the food and the staff is very friendly and speaks excellent English. Unfortunately, what doesn't go with the great food are the outdoor benches. I had the Cacciucco, a seafood stew that I found similar to San Francisco's Cioppino or New Orleans bouillabaisse. Rich and delicious tomato-based sauce filled with delicious bits of seafood - mussels, fish pieces, squid, etc. Great for dipping the tasty bread. Overall, a really nice dining experience.
