Had a nice double espresso for 3eur. But the main goal was to get tickets to AST bus to ETNA. tickets are not sold at cafe, they're sold in AST ticket office near cafe. The staff nicely directed me there. They said AST office opens at 7am, however it openet at 7:25am. Since I attived at 06:30 I got the tickets but there was a line since 7am. Better arrive earlier to get tickets in AST office as Etna bus was full after 08 am and some people who artived at 08 am didnt manage...
