Chef Dedé — Restaurant in Catania

Excellent dining experience in Catania! Taste-wise, it doesn’t get any better, and the plates are very well presented.

We tried a variety of plates, along with the 7-plate course. All in all, everything was great but it lost a star due to the impersonal atmosphere of the restaurant and the speed of service.

We got a mixed plate, carpaccio and tartare as starters and they were all amazing. The tartare was definitely a positive surprise worth giving a try!

The pistachio fish was unique and delicious BUT a little overcook maybe, still a pretty good choice.

Lots of locals eat there. For outsiders, this is worth trying but a little Italian will definitely come in handy; the staff isn’t exactly...

stay away from this joke restaurant ,it was almost empty ( only 6 people when I go) and that says a lot. on menu was 6 or 7 pasta,the first 2 I order was not available,third one i order with shelfish ,and they don't say me it was olso not available instant they bring me one with scambis and then try to tell me thats a shelfish ,I give it back the waiter say I take it out of your check ,and when the check comes it was really out.for about 3 minutes because when I give 50€ on my 37.50€ check then he give me another check with the pasta include on this check and goes 49.50€ and he just give me back 50cents..this joke only on this restaurant for sure.joint there with...

This restaurant was one of the few restaurants open on Christmas so I decided to go for dinner based on its many positive reviews. I had the different types of seafood as my starter. The oyster and the raw shrimp that came in that plate was delicious while o found the white fish tartar to be a bit too sweet, but I still finished everything since I love fish. For my entree o had the braised beef cheeks which was very tender and tasty but needed a bit more seasoning I think. I did appreciate that the dish came with veggies which has been lacking in my diet while in Sicily. All of the staff working that night were super attentive and nice. I’d come back...
