Unfortunately, the staff can be rude to non-locals, and prices fluctuate depending on their mood, sometimes with a small surcharge for non-local guests; I’m not talking about the cover charge, but items that are charged even if not received or are double-billed. Once we told three staff members that we were missing two brioche, but they acted as if they had forgotten, and we had to wait so long that our ice cream completely melted. There is nothing I can write about this establishment, since I did not get served, even after having sat at a table outside for 15 min. A waitress did notice me, but did not attend to me. It may well be that this place runs a "order at the bar" system, but there was nothing pointing to this and the waitress also did not clarify this.
