Professional. A very good restaurant with nice options to sit either inside or outside. We chose to sit outside and it was lovely. The personel were professionals and greeted us with warmth. The way they moved, talked and behaved gave the place a quality athmosphere. The menu is easy to understand and is not flooded with 600 000 different options as in many other restaurants. The tables have a nice decour and the chairs could be a tad more comfortable. The utensils and glasses toghter with the plates are on a very nice level. Makes the place feel nice. The price for the pulled pork was extremely satisfactory toghter with the taste. The more expensive meat we ordered the quality was good with a slight "missunderstanding" in how we wanted it to be cooked vs how the personel thought it was cooked. The name should be DIF - DISGRACE of ITALIAN FOOD, instead of BIF. We went there on our last night in Catania, on a Friday evening to enjoy a decent Italian steak, damn we were so wrong to ignore the red flags! The place was literally empty on a Friday evening! They did not have any local meat, only imported stuff. The ordered ribeye was something like boiled-steamed-cooked horrible piece of something. The grilled mashed potato with cheese was boiled potato with nothing, I can't even describe how horrible. Gallix had no flavor, the sautéed vegetables meant oil soaked cukkini and nothing else (no mushrooms, etc). All this came with a hefty price tag. A Steak Lover's Paradise - one of the best in Sicily!

We recently had the pleasure of dining at this exceptional steak restaurant.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and immediately made us feel at home. They were incredibly attentive throughout the entire dining experience.

The steaks were cooked to perfection, tender, and packed full of flavor. Each bite melted in our mouths, leaving us savoring every moment.

The chef's mastery in preparing these steaks was evident, and I cannot stop raving about them to my friends and family.

The ambiance was perfect for a cozy date night or a special celebration with friends.

Overall, I can confidently say that this steak restaurant is a true gem.
