I ordered a pistachio cream croissant, expecting it to be filled with pistachio cream—because otherwise, it wouldn’t be a pistachio cream croissant. We even asked about it before ordering. However, when it arrived, the cream was only on top, and the inside was completely empty. When I politely pointed this out to the waiter, he didn’t care at all. Instead of addressing the issue, he just said, "It's not my problem," and walked away. This was one of the most disrespectful customer service experiences we've ever had. A coffee place isn’t just about the drinks and pastries—it’s also about how they treat their guests. If they can’t even acknowledge a simple concern, I can’t imagine how they handle bigger issues. Definitely would not recommend.

Alla fine la storia e è finita che il mio ragazzo ha pagato questi € 1.60 di aggiunta di caffe ma è un vero peccato perché in quel bar ci sarei tornata perché le tavole calde erano molto invitanti ma onestamente preferisco dare i miei soldi a gentilezza e cortesia piuttosto che a qualità e sgarbatezza. In risposta al proprietario: Si vergogni lei! Impari a leggere e comprendere, la critica non è rivolta al supplemento di €1.60 di uno sputo di crema di caffé (cosa mi dovrebbe cambiare?) ma per la SCORTESIA con cui si è rivolto a noi, con la mancanza di correttezza perché nella vita ció che fa la differenza la fanno sempre i modi e voi dovete solo ringraziare per la vostra posizione perché fosse stati poco poco più in periferia non sareste campati un mese e noto che gran parte dei commenti negativi riguardano proprio la vostra MALEDUCAZIONE. Vergognatevi voi per il personale discutibile che avete.

I went there to buy lots of pastrys to bring as travel gifts to germany. It was quiet obvious that I was a tourist, cause of the buying of lots of souvenirs and not being able to speak proper italian. They told me the first time I gave them my cash card that the transaction dindt work, so I gave oit to them a second time. I just realised one day later that they CASHED TWO PAYMENTS. My friend who is italian called and they dindt even let him explain them calmly the situation. BE CAREFUL with them, because it seemed that they cashed me twice on purpose! If you are as the owner reading this rewiev, Im happy to take it down if you are willing to pay me the second amound back, wich isnt a difficult...
