I get the feeling they don't really want tourists. The 2 stars is for the waiter.. he was attentive but everyone else at the restaurant was not friendly. The seafood I received, is either frozen or what they give people they don't really want there.. tiniest shrimps, tiniest squids (though I enjoyed it for the new experience), and 2 clams. The appetizers were beyond anything I had since being in the city! There's such a fresh and delicious variety, that we had 1 of each. The service was fast, attentive and friendly. From small conversation, to changing our order to fill certain needs. The beautiful skyline as we sat and looked back down the neighborhood was breathtaking!
