I’m a big fan of pizza. I make sure I use 100% of the finest and correct ingredients when I make Neapolitan and traditional Italian pizze at home. I am a pizza enthusiast!
Lilies Club restaurant has served me the best pizza here in Cefalu yet. Its big crust is soft and crunchy at the same time. Its dough has the perfect amount of gluten, so it’s not hard to use a knife to cut through, like you need to on most other restaurants. I have nothing more to say, basically… Lilies Club are serious about their pizzas. It’s wonderful to finally find a place in Italy, ironically enough, that serves real Italian pizza the way it should be. They deserve huge respect and credit for this. This is the pizza you can see on big pizza lovers YouTube channels like Vitoiacopelli!
I also paid €8 for their Diavola, which is a good price. I’d pay more if I knew how great their pizza is.
Waiter was very kind and stood on standby next to the entrance and kept an eye on everyone. She smiled and attended tables promptly.
As for other meals, I cannot speak. But if you’re after a real pizza. Go to...
Read morethe worst food I could ever eat. not to mention that I'm in (vacation) ITALY, Palermo, in Cefalu to be exact, a place where the pasta should have been flawless, cooked as it should be, perfect taste and balance, as we are in Italy. Instead, I received a pot of pasta, badly cooked, the sauce was too reduced and the egg was scrambled (I ate carbonara pasta), so I didn't eat it because it was horrible, honestly from my point of view and I'm not Italian, I come from another country, I know how to make that pasta better than you, it was a shame and a disappointment to eat at your place and I also paid 51.50 euros. I should have stop an Italian just to take a look at your carbonara and i bet he would agre with me. It's a joke for the italian cuisine and it's more sad that you as a native italian don't know how to cook a basic carbonara. Here is a picture for everyone to...

I was genuinely surprised and impressed by how good the pizza was here. The value for money was outstanding – we had a Diavola for just €8, and it was easily one of the best we had in Sicily.
The crust was perfectly crispy, and you could clearly taste every ingredient. The spicy salami was actually spicy, which isn’t always the case – it was absolutely perfect.
The service was excellent as well. Someone was always around to check in and make sure we had everything we needed, and olive oil was readily available on the table – a nice touch.
The ambience was pleasant, and we left feeling completely satisfied. Sadly, we hadn’t had this kind of experience elsewhere in Sicily, which made it all the more impressive.
Keep it up – highly...
