Ristorante Falalella — Restaurant in Cetara

This restaurant is inside Hotel Cetus about half an hour south of Salerno on Amalfi drive. We had dinner there twice while staying at the hotel because there were no good options in that area except for the below average bars and restsurants in Cetara which smells like raw sewer especially when there is heavy rain. One problem for most Americans who eat dinner early is that this restaurant opens at 8pm and in October it is totally dark at that time. Of course you can see the Salerno lights through the windows. Had an incredible dining experience here while staying at the Hotel Cetus. Reservations only so be sure to do that. The restaurant opens at 8pm and that was the time we ate. We received several small plates and tastings on the house and this was a lovely surprise. Everything was delicious. I personally do not like much seafood but my partner ate everything and said it was all fantastic. We each ordered their version of a steak and cleared our entire plate. The Cetara styled Caesar salad was so yummy and it was unlike any salad I had tried. This is one of those restaurants that is 5-stars and in the states, it would easily be a bill of over $200 USD. I don't know with that should i start first. We chose the tasting menu's. Everything was mind blowing, and even though not everything was on my taste (my husband enjoyed every single course), the waiter immediately saw that i wasn't eating and asked me what was wrong and offered me to choose whatever i want.
