Ristorante Pizzeria Le Capase — Restaurant in Cisternino

Visited Le Capase on a busy Sunday night in August. We sat on the roof terrace which is a bad pop up. The owners son took our order and the drinks and lovely starters quickly followed. Our starter plates were then cleared away and after 35mins no sign of our pizzas. When asked were told another 5 -10 mins. After 10 mins I asked again and were told they were in the oven. 5 mins later my little boy and girl wanted to leave. So I asked for the bill after 50mins and I was told the pizzas would be 5 mins! I insisted on the bill and the owners son told me they were busy and they were not MacDonalds! Not only was the service extremely slow the owners son is rude. We have dined in many restaurants in Cisternino and Ostuni and while they are all busy as you would expect in August. They have all had great friendly service and as all good Italian restaurants treat Children amazingly. I would not recommend Le...

Un ristorante davvero straordinario, dove ogni dettaglio è curato con attenzione e passione. Si mangia benissimo: la pizza era fantastica, fragrante e leggera, preparata con ingredienti di ottima qualità. Il vino, consigliato dal proprietario Antonio, era semplicemente perfetto e ha accompagnato la cena in modo impeccabile.

Gli interni sono arredati con grande gusto, caldi e accoglienti, capaci di creare un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. È il posto ideale sia per una cena romantica che per una serata tra amici, grazie all’ambiente curato ma informale, dove ci si sente subito a proprio agio.

I camerieri sono attenti, disponibili e di una gentilezza unica, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta con un sorriso, senza mai risultare invadenti. Si percepisce chiaramente la passione e la professionalità di tutto il personale.

D’estate è possibile cenare sulla bellissima terrazza, perfetta per godersi le serate all’aperto in un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassata. In inverno, invece, il locale si trasforma in un rifugio accogliente grazie al camino, che rende l’ambiente ancora più intimo e familiare.
