The place is definitely clean and well kept Thank to the man who takes care of the dining area! Fries Super Salty - Only sore point:In Italy the customer will never be right! - I have ordered a mustard dip (20pence),but instead they gave me sweet and sour sauce. Without paying attention I did open the the sauce and I realised it was the wrong one just after tasting it. When I took it back to the till, the boy who served me TOLD ME OFF for having opened it. I mean?! What If I was allergic? The attitude he gave me left me speechless and avoided calling the manager only because I was with my children. For a 20p dip!! They should send the team back to a CUSTOMER...

Sono un po' dubbiosa sul recente restyling del McDonald's di Civitavecchia. Indubbiamente è molto più accattivante e al passo con i tempi. Rimane però piuttosto piccolo per la grande utenza che serve: avrebbero potuto approfittare per ampliarlo significativamente a parer mio. Inoltre, senza nulla togliere agli instancabili ragazzi dello staff, credo sia proprio sbagliato il principio base che sta dietro all'installazione dei nuovi tablet per le ordinazioni. In qualunque altro Mc funziona che preparano il tuo ordine non appena hai pagato, indipendentemente da ciò che ordini. Ieri sera x mangiare abbiamo fatto una fila assurda e ci siamo visti passare davanti una marea di persone, in quanto pare che evadessero prima gli ordini più piccoli, senza considerare che magari stavi già facendo la fila da un pezzo. Trovo sia una cosa irrazionale, oltre che ingiusta. Voglio pensare che sia ancora un sistema in rodaggio, ancora non ben collaudato. Spero inoltre che sia migliorata la pulizia: non ho avuto modo di accertarlo poichè abbiamo ordinato come take away, ma prima dei lavori era un punto al quanto carente, e non mi riferisco solo alla toilette, ma anche alle sale e all'area giochi dei bambini. McDonald's è un marchio famoso in tutto il mondo, un posto informale e adatto alle famiglie: gradirei che il ristorante di Civitavecchia possa essere un'eccellenza nel settore. Volendo aggiornare la recensione di questo locale posso solo aggiungere che fare ordini dall'app è praticamente impossibile perché non c'è linea all'interno del ristorante, neanche fosse un bunker antiatomico, e si è obbligati a collegarsi al lentissimo wifi del locale. Dai che si può migliorare. Per il resto...

A solid 4-star experience.

This is the cleanest McDonald's I've seen outside of Lisbon, Portugal. The interior is modern, the split between the cafe and food counters is pretty cool, and the food/drinks are good. However, the staff are not very attentive, I stood at the food counter for a while and no one talked to me, I was the only customer in line, so it was a bit off putting.
