I used to eat here years ago and I loved it. But coming back now was such a disappointment. Really bad service. Me and my hungry 2 year old son wanted to have dinner after a long day of traveling. But after 45 minutes of waiting, I was told that our order was not registered. Long version: We got there and one of the girls said she will come to us once she finishes cleaning the floor inside. Ok, fair enough, I'll wait. After a long while,her colleague finally comes to bring a menu. I order and wait. In the meantime she comes back with drinks for other guests that arrived after us. She doesn't bring us anything , not even the water I ordered. I waited another while. I was already 45 minutes in when the first girl told me there was no order for us and her colleague was nowhere to be seen. Oggi andiamo a pranzo al pirgo caffè, la cena precedente (eravamo in 7) non mi aveva soddisfatto e gli ho voluto dare una seconda possibilità.

Ci accomodiamo e ordiniamo un fuori menù come primo taglioni allo scoglio con la precisione di dividerlo in due piatti, due fritture calamari e gamberi e 1/2 litro di bianco della casa.

Appena finito l'ordine arriva dopo 2-3 minuti il primo in un unico piatto e senza il vino (che gli abbiamo dovuto chiedere due volte), di scoglio aveva solo il nome: c'era mezza vulva con una cozza piccola e rinsecchita, 4 vongole gia sgusciate e un pezzetto di calamaro, tutte cose non fresche ma o sottolio o surgelate, non lo chiamare fuori menù, piatto arrivato mezzo freddo, mangio qualche forchettata e lo mando indietro.

La frittura mista calamari e gamberi aveva un solo gambero (come da foto) nemmeno un anello di calamaro, al posto dei moscardini solo lo scarto dei tentacolini (da come si vede in foto) pagato la bellezza di 15€+9€ per l'aggiunta di 5 alici e il fritto di paranza (un piatto scarso sempre come da foto).

Abbiamo consumato un altro mezzo litro (7€) e una acqua filtrata di rubinetto (3€) due caffè una grappa e un amaro.

Ci portano un conto della bellezza di 93,50€ per un pranzo che è stato una accozzaglia.

Alla mia lamentela del conto salato mi dice "lei il primo doveva mandarlo via prima di consumarlo, qui escono tutti come vede appena fatto nessuno si lamenta" e gli ho ricordato che il mese scorso l'insalata di mare fresca (a suo dire) me l'ha dovuta cambiare (e non era la prima volta) perchè aveva una puzza di vecchio che nemmeno il cameriere ha voluto odorarla.

Come gli ho detto alla titolare, che tra l'altro ci conosce da anni, mi ha visto oggi e non mi vede più. Per finire ci ha fatto pagare il pane che non hanno portato e una seconda bottiglia di acqua che non hanno portato.

Ps ci hanno portato un decaffeinato che non era il nostro, secondo me il primo era semifreddo per lo stesso motivo, comanda sbagliata e lasciata...

Great cozy restaurant with indoors & outdoors seating options. The outdoors overlooking the sea. Gave 4 stars for food because some of the items we were interested were sold out, but still the taste of the alternate options was great. Loved the ambiance and the seats were so comfy and our table that was in a great location. Was very satisfied with how clean the restaurant was especially the toilets. Great friendly staff with an amazing service which added to food greatness. Very happy with my experience there and highly recommend...
