The steak seemed of good quality but was drowned in a heavy sauce that in no manner seemed truffle but rather brown sauce from a packet.

The fries were charged separately and were worthless. The were super salty and begging to be drawn into the strangely sauce.

The local beer was excellent but the glass seemed dirty on the rim or some on it. I asked but a bottle and the server poured without asking.

The waitstaff was absent and kept occasionally making loud calls to someone call Neilson (my name)— by a man who seemingly had a similar accent to known others.

This had the structure of federal malfeasances leveraging holidays. A complaint was raised to the manager.

They forced me to leave a tip. I chose 10%

At least, they accepted...

Slightly dirty establishment run by an old couple. He cooks and she tries to stay awake to write your check. Incompetent waitress who opens a bottle of wine and sets it on the table and walks away never to return. Oversalted risotto and flaky carbonara with very little guanciale. Pasta was cooked 1 minute less than al dente, with a very firm center....

Siamo stati "Dar Moro" ieri sera. Esperienza super positiva, da subito siamo stati accolti con insolita gentilezza ed umanità...eravamo con i nostri bambini affamati alla ricerca di un posto dove cenare (di ritorno dalla Sardegna). Appena entrati il ragazzo, molto onestamente e dispiaciuto, ci ha detto che l'unico tavolo libero era sotto il condizionatore e che per i bambini non sarebbe stato il massimo... Abbiamo apprezzato il pensiero e stavamo per andar via quando ci ha richiamati e in un attimo ci ha predisposto un tavolo lontano dal condizionatore per farci sedere. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente, consigliatissimo il bruschettone con cicoria e pecorino romano per non parlare dei primi....abbiamo preso la cacio e pepe e la carbonara uno più squisito dell'altro. Il tutto condito dalla grande simpatia e disponibilità dei ragazzi che ti fanno subito sentire come un cliente abituale! Super consigliato!!! Grazie di tutto e...
