A Perfect Escape at 125 Lake Como!

What an absolute gem of a place! I recently popped into 125 Lake Como (Centoventicinque) to escape the rain, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I stepped in, the staff were excellent – incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The music was perfect, creating a wonderfully relaxed and inviting atmosphere without being intrusive. Even though I only had a couple of refreshing radlers, I was thoroughly impressed. The menu looked incredibly tempting, and despite having just eaten, I found myself wishing I had room to try something. The prices looked great, and the dishes I saw other diners enjoying looked absolutely delicious. Even though I didn't order food i was supplied with some chips and dip.

I will definitely return to 125 Lake Como, and next time, I'm coming hungry! Highly recommend for anyone looking for fantastic service, a great vibe, and what promises to be...

BEWARE THEY SCAM TOURISTS!!!

We ordered 3 pizzas. One of €11 Brionzola , one of €9 Potatoe and another to take away €9 Potatoe. Plus 2 beers (not listed on the menu)

For a total of €49!?!?

The math doesn't add up... When asked they said the beer was €7... Like seriously €7 for a beer in Italy!?

Even with that the check would add up to €43. After asking again they said there was a €2 fee per person in order to sit down to eat in the restaurant...

EVEN WITH THAT. Check amounts to €47.

IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH?? We got home to realise that the Potatoe pizza we ordered to take away it came without potatoes... We know for sure it should come with potatoes because be eat one at the restaurant (Picture attached)

Good food but definitely left feeling scammed. What a pity for the place and the good food they have.

Definitely not coming back after this...

We were on an AmaWaterways land tour to Lake Como and our lunch was on our own so we walked a few meters from the Hilton Lake Como to eat a light lunch. We were greeted by a very nice gentleman and told we could sit and enjoy lunch even though they closed in 15 minutes for their mid-afternoon siesta time. Then the owner, Jacob came over to take our order and make recommendations regarding seasonal vegetables. He was so pleasant, made great recommendations and made our lunch fantastic!
