There is a fraud in parking lot. We park our car in carrefour of Como lakeside. When we go back to pay our parking fee, we inserted our parking ticket into the machine, the machine show the fee, then we payed it. But the machine come out another ticket. We thought it was a receipt. So, we took it. Suddenly man shows up and shout that was his ticket. He shows us this time on the ticket to proof that was his ticket and put it into the machine. It show no fee to pay. We thought we took the wrong ticket, that man take out ticket. so we walk to our car. But we cannot go out because the gate doesn't open for our car. Suddenly we realised we pay the ticket of that man in the machine. Our ticket were not read by the machine and returned out. After we pay ticket fee inside the machine, then, the ticket comes out. We pay that man's parking fee, not ours. Finally we turn back to the machine and pay again. Then, the gate...

Una questione di correttezza e trasparenza

Non mi sento di consigliare questo supermercato, soprattutto a causa di alcune criticità riscontrate nell'ambiente circostante. Episodi di furti e comportamenti spiacevoli, spesso riportati dalla cronaca locale, creano una percezione di scarsa sicurezza per i clienti.

A tutto questo si aggiunge un problema significativo legato al parcheggio, che rappresenta una vera nota dolente. La segnaletica è in condizioni pessime: molti cartelli sono assenti, lasciando solo pali vuoti, e alcuni presenti sono di piccole dimensioni e posizionati dietro ai carrelli della spesa, risultando poco visibili. La situazione peggiora ulteriormente alla sera, quando, con il buio, diventa praticamente impossibile notarli. Nonostante questa evidente mancanza di chiarezza e informazione, le sanzioni continuano ad arrivare puntualmente, come se tutto fosse in perfetto ordine.

Un ulteriore elemento di criticità è l’assenza di un regolamento esposto al pubblico, che informi correttamente i clienti sulle condizioni di utilizzo del parcheggio, come invece previsto dalla normativa vigente. Questa carenza è inaccettabile e rischia di penalizzare ingiustamente chi, magari senza rendersene conto, supera il limite di 90 minuti. Ricevere una multa di 48€ in queste circostanze appare davvero poco corretto, soprattutto considerando che i clienti non vengono messi nelle condizioni di conoscere le regole in anticipo.

Non è giusto “mettere le mani in tasca” ai clienti in questo modo, senza neppure garantire un minimo di trasparenza nell’organizzazione dell’area parcheggio. Per questo, consiglio di prestare molta attenzione se decidete di parcheggiare qui.
