Vegami — Restaurant in Como

Food: rate 5, all the food we took were delicious, especially the patties of burgers are homemade, juicy with vegetables, not dry as processed patties sold in the supermarket. Burger bun is also crunchy outside and soft inside, very tasty. But menu is very limited, we have tasted everything except pan fried vegetables or noodles.

Service is good, they are friendly and introduce well their product to make us understand. However, they don't let customer to use toilet!!!!! Therefore, I couldn't wash my hands with soap and water before eating hamburgers but using the dry-clean gel near the entrance. After eating burgers, only can use tissue to dry the hands. I never has this kind of experience in any place especially their main dishes are " hamburgers" !

Ambience is clean and confortable, but the smell of kitchen fumes is very strong if they need to making burgers for you.

Price is very reasonable and no "coperto"!

This was one of the most elevated and tasty vegan meals I've ever enjoyed - the attention to each ingredient, including the homemade gluten-free bun, was quite evident. The space was really cool and I drank the only glass of wine I had during my trip to Italy - they served natural wine, which is apparently less processed and doesn't cause any unwanted side-effects. As someone who monitors their histamine intake, I can report that I did not suffer a post-meal headache, stomachache, stuffy nose, or funky skin.

Great location if you're heading back to Milano Centrale via Como S. Giovanni, but only 15-20 min walk if you're using Como Lago.

A charming cafe with very friendly staff who obviously care about the food they make and offer .This makes for a delicious experience with some nice options - we visited twice in 3 days! The burgers were very well balanced, with a fresh bun, flavourful burger patty with a nice texture, plus thoughtful additions - I had the Steiner twice and really enjoyed the sun-dried tomatoes and purple coleslaw.
