If this had been in any other country, I would have given two stars for at least serving the pasta al dente. In Italy, no restaurant fail on this point. But this is as bad as it can get... The dishes could be prepared by a ten year old; the mushroom pappardelle is nothing but pasta and a soggy brown sauce. The seafood pasta offers spaghetti with three mussels. The ravioli is probably from the frozen section in the supermarket... But the food is at least better than the service. Terrible place. Horrible food. Even worse service. The woman serving there was rude, yelling at us and should really not be a waitress if she hates it so much. We waited for more than an hour for our food which was cold when it came to us. Bread on the table was stale. Was probably sitting out for days. The only thing worth eating on the table were the prepackaged soup crackers! We cancelled the rest of our order and left hungry to avoid missing our train. Arriviamo in questo ristorante perché convenzionato con il club magellano che decanta ottime portate. Chiedono anticipatamente 20€ a persona in contanti senza emettere neppure uno scontrino. La pessima disposizione dei tavoli costringe i vari gruppi partecipanti all’escursione a trovare una soluzione alternativa separandosi in piccoli tavolini visto che il personale non si dimostra disponibile a cambiare la disposizione che, a differenza di tutti gli altri presenti in sala, non prevede una tavolata lunga. Accomodandoci al piano superiore riusciamo perlomeno non sentire l’odore di chiuso che ci accoglie. Il menu è fisso e non si può scegliere neppure tra due opzioni (a molti altri tavoli viene servita polenta o salsiccia) L’antipasto prevede 5 fette di bresaola peggiore di quelle confezionate del supermercato e 3 sciatt con il formaggio (ri)solidificato all’interno perché preparati da chissà quanto tempo. Dopo 40 min dagli antipasti arrivano i pizzoccheri, a dir poco immangiabili: non alla giusta cottura, sciapiti e con patate crude e pezzi di verza immangiabili. Uno di noi aveva chiesto un piatto senza formaggio e così, i suoi pizzoccheri al sugo arrivano ben dopo che tutti gli altri hanno finito di mangiare accompagnati da “dovete avere pazienza, il ristorante oggi è pieno”, come se non avessero ricevuto in anticipo le prenotazioni. Trascorriamo quasi 2 ore seduti, accompagnati da un vino di scarsissima qualità rimasto quasi intatto in ogni bottiglia.
