Went to buy gelato with my friends, when I asked for hazelnut, the guy gave me a bowl full of Nutella. Its very fine if you don’t understand english so i didn’t mind and went to buy another one. The guy greets me with a bad attitude and almost throws me the receipt without greetings or even looking. When I look at the receipt, its says i bought 2 gelatos instead of one so I went in again and the guy greets me with « What do YOU want?!? ». I show him my receipt and he tells me angrily that its not mine and gaves me mine.
Also, my friend went in and took some napkins and was yelled at by the same guy to ask him before taking some. We decided to leave before the guy chased us from our table.
The gelato was good though, 2€ for a small bowl...

Staff called us in from the street (always a dodgy sign) and were very skilled, showing different menus, speaking quickly. We wanted a quick lunch and a drink. Chicken (side salad was just lettuce), 2 pasta dishes and a pizza. It was our most expensive meal of our trip,even compared to seafood restaurants we'd visited. 110 Euros!!!! Perhaps not surprisingly on examining the bill it was actually meant to be 94 Euros. Very sad that this spoiled our trip to Herculaneum. Obviously their only aim is to rip off...
