Really delicious pastries, we came here three days in a row for breakfast. 5 star pastries but only 2 stars because of the service. The person behind the counter definitely did not like tourists. Felt we were treated very differently from the locals which I kind of get but it doesn’t feel good. Also prices were inconsistent. We bought 3 pastries each time, paid 5.3 euro on the first day and then somehow 6 euro when one of the servers was charging (and clicked no receipt very quickly so we couldn’t see a breakdown) but when another server served us on the second day we only paid 4.5 euro. Read moreWarning to tourists, be aware of bogus charges in this shop. Always ask for the receipt because the cashier will throw away the receipt after adding an "extra charge" to it. When I confronted him about the charges, he denied it and wouldn't show the receipt. I paid because I didn't want to cause a scene for a couple of euros, but I'm disgusted by this behavior.
Food was okay, the pastry shop down the street (forno) was better. But the dishonest customer service warrants the 1 star.

We got a pistachio pastry, a Nutella filled croissant, and a ricotta filled croissant. Each of which was just as tasty as the last. Based on our choices, you can’t go wrong here.
We also got two espressos which were priced at 1.2€ as of writing (reasonable for the location).
