Me salvaron literalmente. Estando de viaje en Florencia, la batería de mi iPhone se estropeó con todos los billetes de vuelta a mi país (tren, avión…) preguntando, me recomendaron este lugar cerca de la estación de tren. Aunque no hablo inglés ni italiano, se esforzaron amablemente por entenderme. Y lo mejor, aunque ya estaban cerca de la hora de cerrar, en 40 minutos mi iPhone estaba en perfectas condiciones y además me cobraron un muy buen precio. Muchísimas gracias!

I’m an American living and working in Italy. I cracked my screen and came here to have it fixed. They were able to fix the screen— no problem, but after I got it back, that’s when the problems started appearing. The new screen didn’t exactly fit on the phone, the battery was dying suddenly, and it was getting so hot. I took it back in and told them, asking them to fix it. It seemed to be a battery issue, so they said they’d replace the battery. Now, having the phone back after these 2 trips to this store, and I see no improvement. Phone screen is still ill-fitting, phone is extremely hot, and battery is dropping rapidly very randomly. I DO NOT...

I cracked the screen on my iPhone. It was still usable, so I did not worry. On the train from Rome to Florence, however, the phone froze up and would not allow me to do a hard restart. I went by the Apple store and they said I could come back the next day to pay 200€ for a new screen. I called Power Computers on another phone. They were open later than Apple, spoke English and asked me to stop by. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars, they reset the phone and put a screen protector on it to keep the glass safe. Took my HP Omen laptop in for repair yesterday as a hardware fault had occured two days into a month long trip around Italy. Being from the UK, I was apprehensive at having my work laptop repaired abroad but I needed it fixed urgently. Mr Abdullah was an absolute professional and a pleasure to do business with. He identified the issue within minutes and offered me a good price to replace and upgrade my laptops hardware with a good quality, branded replacement.
