Simply the best homemade pasts in the area. My wife and I had lunch. Staff was friendly, multilingual. I had what I would have called carbonara minus the egg and it was fabulous. I lopped up any remnants of the sauce with whatever bread was on the table. My wife had a pasta dish with onions that must have been sweated for HOURS and pecorino, again fabulous. Desserts were perfect, fresh not overly sweet. I had the dessert that was like creme burle minus the torched sugar. My wife had the no-bake chessecake and declared it perfect. (Quite the declaration from a baker) My only criticism would be that the wine should be elevated. They are basically serving box wine (which in Italy isn't necessarily poor), but my Sangiovese was lacking for my taste buds. We are here for the next 3 weeks and plan and having lunch MANY more times....

This place is truly overrated. The quality of the pasta is not good. You can taste real homemade pasta — and this definitely wasn’t it. On top of that, the staff is completely inflexible. You’re forced to choose only from their preset menu combinations.

I simply wanted pasta with pesto for my 1-year-old daughter, and when I asked, I got a grumpy response from the man: “No, I tell you only from the list.” I also ordered the eggplant melanzane, which was really bad as well. It was served cold and clearly not freshly made.

All in all, there are much better pasta places around — with...

We were recommended to this pasta restaurant by our Airbnb host. The pasta was great! We had the anchovy pasta which was very tasty with croutons that were crispy even after being soaked in the sauce. The side of baked tortellini was delicious as well and I enjoyed it. It was an addictive snack. We had a heavy breakfast so we ordered a pasta and a side dish. The staff was friendly and the kitchen very kindly helped us to split the pasta into two portions which left us filled and very satisfied. We were glad to have tried this before we left...

This is the best restaurant where I ever been. Really helpful and kind staff, it's out of center so it's local and there are better prizes. There is homemade exceptional pasta prepared with hearth and love. Also some pasta which is typical for Florence and great deserts and really tasty red wine. There are many types of pasta which other trattoria or restaurants don't offer. This is really unique and everything was so delicious. Thank you for opportunity to try so delicious food.
