This isn’t just gelato—it’s a work of art. From the moment the chef expertly scooped our order, I knew this was a true artisan shop. The chef’s skill was evident as he thoughtfully layered the flavors in the cup, ensuring each one blended seamlessly to enhance the others. After our third visit in one evening, we struck up a conversation with the owner, who revealed he’s a pastry chef. It’s no surprise, then, that the flavor profiles are so meticulously crafted, some even reminiscent of fine perfume with distinct top, middle, and base notes. Every flavor we tried was exceptional, with nuanced and unforgettable taste profiles. The portions are generous, and at €5 for four flavors, the price is remarkably competitive for such high-quality gelato. For our own memories and to share with others, my girlfriend and I decided to review some of our favorite flavors: Fior di Latte (Milk): A rich, candy-like milk flavor with perfectly balanced sweetness. It’s a nostalgic taste that evokes the innocence of childhood. Coffee & Almond: Unbelievably rich and smooth. This flavor captures the essence of high-quality coffee in creamy gelato form, with a luxurious texture that’s a standout of this shop. Pinkalicious (Pink Grapefruit, Hibiscus, Pink Pepper): My girlfriend’s favorite. This clever combination highlights the slightly bitter aftertaste of grapefruit, enhancing its freshness. A delicate floral note from hibiscus and a hint of pink pepper elevate it to another level—you’ll find yourself craving another scoop. Pistachio: A true pistachio gelato. Can tell from the muted green hue and complex, nutty flavour. Kiwami (Kiwi, Matcha, Rice Buttermilk): A harmonious blend of vibrant kiwi, rich matcha, and creamy dairy. I was initially wary of the matcha, as even high-grade varieties can have a grassy undertone (I’ve tried emperor-grade matcha in Kyoto). But here, kiwi takes center stage, with matcha adding a subtle, rich aftertaste and the buttermilk bridging the two beautifully. Lemon: I usually avoid lemon-flavored foods, but I ordered this out of curiosity—and the chef won me over. The citrus aroma is perfectly captured without any overpowering sourness, and the granita-like texture melts quickly in your mouth. Chocolate: Made with genuine dark chocolate, this gelato delivers intense bittersweet notes with a hint of natural sourness. Its bold, authentic taste is a chocolate lover’s dream.

Amazing flavors. Had the ricotta pistachio and berry one (RAP) and it was great, hands down some of best gelato I've had on trip. Very good service and person explained the flavors in detail in English. You can tell how much pride they take in what they're serving. And the price was great. 2 euro for single scoop in cup, 3 for two in either cup or cone. And big scoops! Many vegan options too.

I can definitely see why this place has a 5 star rating only. This is the BEST gelato I have ever had. This gelato is stored in the proper Carapinas and is so smooth and creamy, very authentic. I got a double scoop of peanut and caramel and chocolate and it was absolute perfection and only for €3. Please do not skip this place!!!

I rarely write reviews, but it was worth it for this. The best ice cream/gelato we had on our trip to Italy, and probably the best that we have ever had. This is worth going out of your way for. The only downside is that, with this gelato, you will have peaked - it cannot be beaten.

We had the RAP and the pistachio, and then went back when we finished those and got lemon as well. The ingredients are real and quality - the owner was cutting up strawberries when we were there for use in the next batch that he is making. Seriously go here. Tons of vegan...
